How to see pictures in your mind.

A practical guide for visualization, imagination and perception control.

What is this book about?

This book is a practical guide for those who wish to learn more about perception control, visualization, imagination, visual thinking, attention and meditation.

Although the techniques described in this book are mainly focusing on developing your visual thinking skills, they can also help you in other areas of your life, but in this book specifically I will be describing how to use them in order to develop better visualization skills.

This is the most comprehensive and updated guide on developing visualization. This knowledge comes from years of individual research, speaking to people that have also developed these skills, teaching others and of course countless hours of practice trying out every method I could find until I developed my own methods and explanations.

Why should you learn visualization?

There are plenty of different reasons why someone might want to learn this skill. Including:

● Better visual memory. You will remember visual information a lot better, and you will be able to see these memories as if they were really there if you so desire.

● Improved control over thoughts. You will learn to have a greater degree of choice when it comes to your thoughts.

● Free endless entertainment, kill boredom no matter the situation, like a built in biological VR set. Even if you are without power to watch movies, stranded on a desert island, in a post apocalyptic scenario, paralyzed or been kidnapped by pirates. It doesn’t matter, you can still entertain yourself. No one can take away your imagination. Depending on how much you practice, it will feel real.

● Ability to practice situations. You will be able to practice things and theorize situations in great detail allowing for greater performance in many different tasks.

● Quality of life improvement for those who haven’t had a good life. Many people don’t have the possibility of living very good lives, this is my way of trying to give those people the ability to change their experience into what they choose. Not all of us can be kings and queens in reality, but we can all dream about it.

● Richer internal experience. Having developed these skills I would never go back to thinking like I did before, it used to be just my internal monologue and occasional sound or image. Now it’s a much richer internal process with vivid visuals that make it much more engaging to think about different topics.

● Better art skills. This will improve your ability to remember references and spatially coordinate your art much more easily.

● Better spatial planning. Be that choosing where to put furniture around the house or trying to park your car, your spatial skills will be on point.

● Books and stories will feel more realistic. You’ll be able to see the characters and depending on how much you practice, immerse yourself completely.

The benefits go on and on, your imagination is literally the limit.
